The home is in the exclusive gated community of Stone Ridge that provides the necessary security for Klum, her four children, and her new husband. The palatial home sits on a 4-acre lot and boasts over 11,000 square feet! With this much room, Lou Sulola will definitely have enough space and privacy from her other three siblings! And if you can believe it, this home is actually smaller than the previous house that she shared with her former husband. The home was originally listed in 2010 for $15 million by the original owner who had the home built in 2000. The supermodel and reality TV host purchased the home for just under $9.9 million. 

Current Projects

Both Seal and Heidi Klum continue to be active in their respective careers. Seal has appeared as a celebrity judge and coach on the Australia version of The Voice, and Klum is well known for her judging on the hit reality program Project Runway. Parenting four young children can be a full-time job, especially when you are co-parenting.
