Born on January 7, 2012, Blue Ivy Carter is the eldest child of performer Beyoncé and rapper and businessman Jay Z. She was born in New York City and now resides in Los Angeles with her parents and two younger siblings. Her parents have succeeded in giving her a private life while allowing her to explore the idea of performing and making music. Her earliest years were spent in her father's home town of New York, but the family has since moved out to Los Angeles where they live in a palatial home that is beyond belief!

It will be interesting to see if the song is nominated for the upcoming Grammy Awards. Blue Ivy also makes an appearance on The Lion King: The Gift. It is clear that Blue Ivy's parents are two of the world's most successful musicians and performers. Her mother Beyoncé has a current estimated net worth of $400. Her father, who in addition to his musical pursuits is also a very successful businessman, has a current estimated net worth of $1 billion! The family has an exciting lifestyle, with gorgeous homes, extensive travel, and beautiful clothes and jewelry. One year, Beyoncé even bought Jay Z a private jet for his birthday!

The family previously lived in an amazing condo in New York City's Tribeca area, but have since relocated to Los Angeles. Unbelievably, the home, built-in 2017 is estimated to be worth a whopping $88 million! The house is located in the exclusive Bel-Air area of the city and is one of the most expensive real estate transactions ever recorded in Los Angeles County. The estate has six separate buildings and is situated on a 2-acre lot. The home is really more of a compound, and it is clear that privacy and security are important to Blue Ivy's parents.

The available interior living space of all of the buildings totals 30,000 square feet and there are an additional 10,000 square feet of outdoor living space. There is a professional-level fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, along with four outdoor pools and spas. The glass walls and windows provide amazing views, and it is reported that this glass is indeed bulletproof!  There is also parking for 15 vehicles for the family, as well as spaces assigned to various staff members and visitors. 

This is the home where Blue Ivy will grow up along with her two younger siblings who are twins. Even though it is such a large house, with room for the family and plenty of staff, it is clear that this is a close-knit family. Blue Ivy is often spotted out on the red carpet with her mom and has attended a variety of different award shows and events.

Current Projects

As a 7-year old, Blue Ivy's main project is her education. Both of her parents are dedicated to providing their children with all of the educational advantages possible. Blue Ivy Carter is going to be one to watch as she grows older and continues to explore a career in singing and performing. For now, it's clear that her parents want her to receive a good education and have as many options as possible as she grows into a young woman.
